Thanks for the detailed report Boopy2! All issues have been fixed in v1.4.0:
- Popup positions now center correctly in non-fullscreen/iframe mode
- Away-time calculation has been fixed
- Added a toggle in Settings to disable chemistry facts popups
- Fixed the E=mc2 fact text
