It's not necessary to sleep with the coach. I don't know that you can sleep with them, but theoretically it should be possible as they are an NPC, and should therefore be able to find them outside of uni.
I love that theory mindset, truth one. If only my current save weren’t hated by the cheerleader coach, snorts.
