If you know a better (ideally free) file host I'm open to it, but uploading to itch is limited to 1GB, 2GB with some special methods. Some builds of this game are over 3GB, so hosting by itch is just not an option.

I think it's free but limited amount per [time period] for both of them in terms of downloads based on people using them for sharing mods and the like.
I have seen some games here on itch with over 5 GB so there's apparently some way to do it.
Google drive and Mega download limits are really low. I used it before, but I think it's like less than 100 people a day, and that's per account not even per file. And the larger games on itch, to my understanding, are more of the admins allowing individual cases if they deem it worthy of that. But thanks for the suggestions anyway.
