I had the same issue when running the modded version. I had to import my save back into a non modded version for it to work. The non modded version saves the game file in game-folder\www\save, while the modded version saves the game file in C:\Users\"Username"\AppData\Local\rmmz-game\Nano-control\Saves. I got some errors but i saved just inside the forest adn walked into the tent, then moved the save files back, hope this helps.
