No worries, I'm glad the issue got resolved! :)
It was power toys apparently the mouse utilities got temporarily turned back on so sorry for not realizing that. I have them off because of previous conflicts with games.
I see. Thanks for saying that, now I know what to ask about if someone comes back with a similar issue in the future! :)
