You're absolutely right, when I was making the art for the game I was worried about showing "too much" of Komos's breasts. Mostly because in my experience, I don't want the parts that cause to dysphoria to be perceived at all 😅
What you said about gynecomastia is true as well. The few instances that I've seen it represented in fiction were negative. I definitely want to take that perspective into consideration moving forward
