I have bean waiting for some news on the game for a wail after all it has been 35 days sines v0.12 came out
Next version is delayed atm. Something about a core system rework in the next (paid) version thats take a bit more work than normal

Hard to say. The itch/public version is usually updated when the payed versions are updated as well.
Likely it would be updated when they have 0.15 released to the primarch members.
As for a real estimate when I sadly have no idea
