Pregnancy will be like a +belly... actually, 3 bellies. Plus a bunch of dialogue and lots of small additions to make it feel good. Aaaand no babies, no real-time birth, no abortions — nope. Thank you for understanding.
The "no" also goes for huge body parts. It's a technical limitation and a slightly different art style.
As for expanding the look: this may come out as soon as patrons vote for it. Actually, every release adds some new items to Lolly's wardrobe.
