I bought a game on Itch.io and when I entered my email earlier, I had access to all the content. But now when I enter my email from Itch.io, they tell me that I need to purchase a subscription. Have you disabled emails or has something changed?

It should still work, you have to enter the email registered with itch.io and click the itch.io button for it to work.
