Yes! Thank you so much! Unfortunately, the Princes are based on my own experiences with toxic masculinity here in Eastern Europe, haha! I now look back and wish that I included the tagline 'a story about fighting toxic masculinity, inner misogyny and homophobia, etc', but you have to understand that I was afraid that it would be too preachy! If you're wondering about inspiration for Hagenvolt, by the way, such country existed, more or less, as it's based on Prussia! (You can read more about Prussian militarism, which basically gave a rise to fascism). I am Polish, but Sybillia is more like France and Italy, and yet Poland also suffered from Prussian invasion in the form of being separated by Germany and invaded by nazis. So, the common enemy I wrote about! And yes, Sybillians also not saints themselves, just like frenchmen, italians and poles aren't saints. Their terrifying homophobia and misogyny is directly based on what I experienced. Anyway, thank you so much for experiencing this, admittedly, horrifying game to the fullest! Which route was it that was your favorite (regardless of the horrors?)

I thought right, then. It did give me Prussia vibes as a first impression. Truly a lovely game, even if horrifying. I am fond (that's too generous of a word, too kind) of Ralph's path. Of course he'd act that way, it seemed like the natural choice. His dialogue was truly revolting at all times. Way too many men that condemn homosexuality publicly only to indulge in it in private, still from a bigoted perspective. Yuck
