can't believe I'm gonna be the first comment but here goes my feedback!
Before anything : I'm not a professional nor amateur writer, so my opinion in the writing regard must be taken with a grain of salt.
Overall it looks pretty interesting slice-of-life novel so far, with characters that seem to have a lot more to offer in the future, but I would love for the days to last a bit longer, sharing stories and interesting backstories between the co-workers to give them more depth.
I personally like the fact that is 3D renders of characters and background, gives more options for details and expressions with the characters, I would love it if it was more stylized, but that's just my personal taste.
Did felt in love inmediately with the mini-games in a wario ware style which I just love (though I hate that you can't eat the border of the pizza tsk tsk tsk)
Honestly keep going because this feels good so far and has good potential!

I’m actually really glad you mentioned the days feeling short, because each day I write is accidentally getting longer already lol. I definitely want future days to have more room for character moments and backstories
Also I’m so happy you like the mini games!! I honestly made them mostly for my own fun and was a little worried people would find them annoying😅 (lmao the pizza crust thing was purpose since I don’t like eating it but feedback noted)
