Hey thanks for the report, I have a couple of questions:

  1. Is your device running low on storage?
  2. Do you have any mods installed?
  3. What device/OS/browser are you playing the game on? (or are you playing on the app?)
  4. Did your pet reset too or just the background/furniture/shell settings?

1. a bit running low

2. i dont have any mods installed

3. im playing on the app (those happens when i was on vacation and i was using the web that time but the current issue still happens even if i already playing on the app)

4. my pet doesnt reset. only the background, furniture and shell settings.
