Lucky Charm achievement is bugged. Meeting the conditions for it results in unlocking the Unlucky Charm achievement. This appears in the script to be because both achievements were defined as the same variable, so Unlucky Charm overrides Lucky Charm.
Meeting the conditions for Unlucky Charm does nothing.
