I think I have the same problem, when I try to open the game I have an error message for "video memory" or something like that. Its the first time I had this kind of message and I can run a bunch of other games (itch.io and steam)
Regarding this problem, it usually means outdated graphics drivers. If you are using an NVIDIA graphics card, get to the NVIDIA application (if you do not have it, you can download it for free on the official nvidia website), and upgrade your PCs graphics card drivers! Hopefully that will allow you to play this game, and all other UE 5+ games!
