I'm at the start of the game rn. Is butt expansion currently implemented and, if so, which character primarily focuses on it?

The expansion element hasn't been implemented quite yet, but the character with the most butt focus is gonna be Vepar! She starts out with the largest lower body, and her Sloth routes will have the biggest end sizes.
