mikhail is a big favorite of mine too. so originally when i started this thing, i expected to finish the full game and then do maybe an alternate route with other characters or (my personal favorite) unlocking the story from braden's point of view. i ended up changing my mind with that by the time i got to the end of the story because (and this response will remain spoiler free) braden is a more powerful character without us knowing what's in his head or what was happening off camera. he just seemed to relate more to so many people that way by the end. so that being said, i'm going to leave it once i'm finished. no extra routes or anything. i told the story here that i wanted to tell. and you mention reactions to different characters: sure thing, you're entitled to your opinion for sure. he can be a very polarizing character

well... thank you very much. i really appreciate that. i also get why you're bummed out about the multiple routes thing here. i really do. i actually put a lot of thought into this and i've had live feedback from folks since 2017. i also paid a lot of attention to their conversations and what spoke to them as well as really read all of the messages and mail i've gotten over the years to see what had the biggest impact on people. story-wise: i get it-- i'd like more too. especially if alternate "dating" routes would be as heavy as this story is. however, the decision i made was more based on the story's impact on others and i can assure you that i'll always pick that. it's way more meaningful to write something that speaks to people and i don't want to take that away from them during the revamp. seriously appreciate the thoughts and questions and interest in this thing. thanks so much for reading <3
