You might need to progress more on her route, I did run into that scenario myself but I raised the relationship points and then we were able to start dating. I was always flirty with my interactions with her instead of being professional if that helps.

That will not work coz, with the skip mode on I accidentally did not help her get a promotion and now there is no way to fix that and thus, this will remain the same, unless of course I start a new game

Cant you just go to an earlier save? I save scum on this game because of situations like that. I usually save at the begging of a date or the end of a day in game. I use up a ton of save files but you literally have hundreds of pages to save your files on

I know. I do the same. But the challenge is to know which save has what. For this I have created an excel sheet to index the saves, but there again recording every aspect becomes tedious. So, in this particular case starting a new game is the best option.
