I wanna forestart this by saying all I will say now is stemmed from emotions and not logic, but the truth is I loved this and the ending didn't leave me pissed off like other short stories have (usually in a good way as well). I loved the VN, it drew me in, and I loved the characters, etc., everything that went into making it.

Thank you and fuck you, man 😭 God, I don't know how to feel anymore, I went through so many emotions and thoughts on what could and could not be happening, but I definitely got some of the gist of the story (the rest I got a general idea from the comments here).

As a last comment to Arron, Mal, Margo, Paul and You, I will say this:

I will believe robots can feel love until the very end

And, even if fish are just driven by stimuli... Who's to say it can't be both? We've seen it in everything, from plants to animals to us and more. Whatever shape it takes, they feel, as we do. Sometimes we just need more help to find it (ahem, ahem, Arron, ahem, ahem ((also I fucken' love your last name, Du Bois, that's absolutely amazing)))

Love is a hell of a thing, isn't it?

just like everything else
