Question is what is AI in this context then? Like google search is using AI as well, asking chatgpt something, running windows, its not fair to use those if not agreed on that as that is use of AI.
i think your over thinking this WAY too much, dont worry about it. Just dont ask chatgpt to create the assets for your game
