You can play it on this website in english https://novelgame.jp/games/show/12962 by choosing english on the top right and then clicking on the green button and play game. Idk if its only me but its gonna take a minute or so to load the game so just wait for the black screen to go away and its gonna lag a bit. Not everything will make sense too because the creator didnt translate it themselves.

It says to click somewhere or something like that at the start u do it and then u will have to wait a bit, eventually it will go away might take time
