I've noticed that it happens if you have the "Add Playlist Songs" setting turned on in Apple Music and you add a song to a playlist. Normally in Apple Music, this song would get added to your library but as for the case in Cider it does not. So easy fix for now is just removing the songs and re-adding them to your library directly.
