can you do a port for PlayStation 1?

i can try making the ps1 edition, but i doubt it will be the same. although, i know absolutely nothing about psx game development. if you want to see if the ps1 version will release, you can go to my youtube page to not miss out anything. however, i think i will try making a game to ps1 some time after.
