That's weird, it has been tested and it's working for everybody else as far as I know. Are you on 1.83f2 with it properly displayed on screen?
If it keeps happening, forward me this file:
AppData\LocalLow\Femdom Wife Game\Femdom Wife Game - Zoe\Player.log (after a crash)
It will let me know what's happening.
