My favourite lifehack that while you have low HP and already crleared level with flower in big room it's possible to wait for Wurstlord to trap him with flower. It gives immediate 5HP + free key.
By the way, have finished the game one time with 5 keys. Expected to get some easter egg, but it didn't happen
