Hi, I am very new to building games - very much an idea man.

Never had to build my own assets so thats going to be a challenge, no education in this stuff. Honestly not even sure ill finish anything worth submitting, is it ok if I join?

You are so welcome to join, and while creating assets specifically for the jam is encouraged (hint - find an artist to team up with, there are people over at the Discord server that might be up for collaboration), it is perfectly fine to use assets that you have the right to use (public domain or assets you have paid for).
