i cant level it up anymore i got my other stuff to level 8 and for things i can do to 3 and all 8 items but the amount of times i can use the freeze time thing is stuck on 3 do i need to just reset bc all the pay things are just staying grey.

you probly now at map 2 that becuse when you go new map you can upgrade higer there just 3 skill good others not good at all
