Yeah, that means you have a heavily modified rom, aka instead of using your own backup you got the game from either a site that begins with a V or an M.
It means that the game is not just a normal backup, but one that had data trimmed from it that emulators don't need. That data is needed for Wii injects. If you make a normal backup of it yourself, you won't come across this issue, or if you do, you would know how to resolve it because you would have done something very specific to make it happen.
