I know my response is late, but if you are referring to gore, then no. There is a bit of violence, some blood/bruises, nothing too serious.
Despite the sex scenes, does our character still live?
well. They will use ya until you do x3
Is there a gallery?
No, there is not a gallery. And the character does not die in the scenes, you can see he is alive. Death is not present in the game.
If you're into that, you can imagine that he does die.
