This was a pretty good start, not overly convoluted yet not entirely simple, not secrets upon secrets but not to out in the open either, a very nice and well rounded start to your game making journey. The concept and story were interesting though very obvious from the start but I liked the very early dive into lunacy with the choice to throw up or hold it in with absolutely zero context. The dialogue is written well enough, some parts don't really make sense from a grammar stand point but it didn't bother me to much or ruin the game in any way, I also liked the amount of things to interact with, that always puts a smile on my face seeing that I can actually explore the world. I was going to say that the environments looked a little bland but I'm pretty sure that was a stylistic choice so instead I'll say that they looked very fitting for the overall vibe of the game. there were a couple small things that stood out to me as being interesting or cool to see and those were the sound effects being quite plentiful, I liked how the "BE SAD" option at the end of the game just kept me on the game over screen, multiple endings is always a treat especially when their easy to get pretty quickly after the first play through, I liked how the girl said that her folks weren't the nicest "humans" because it implies that our character isn't the only one with a strangely inhuman parent. Literally the only thing I had an actual problem with was the music cutting out every time a dialogue sound was played, being a GB Studio user myself I understand that there is a limitation with how many sounds can be played at once but if I'm not mistaken there is a way to play music tracks and SFX at the same time without them cutting each other off. Either way though this game was a treat and one that I've been meaning to get to for a while, good work with it and keep making games! (one last thing, to answer your question of if you should make this into a full game: I personally would keep this game as it is and make a couple more games before coming back and making a Meat Mother 2 or something like that if that's something your are wanting to do. I think the size of this game is perfect as a first game and doesn't really need to be improved upon).
