Probably maxed out the PP amount he can get with each girl each time, that or he used Cheat Engine

No and that uses time you increase the unawareness a lot and so you make angels with only 1 who licks them oh more and in 15 minutes you make 3 hearts 25000
You mean increase time like when were at the part to use skills? Or the upgrade more uses time
