So the C family uses fuel as a tractor should.... but the A family runs on air. No fuel is ever consumed. Not sure what the difference would be?

Lots, but I would think the C's would also not consume fuel if it was caused by a different mod? All other vehicles use fuel except the International S1000 grain truck.
