Hi, how are you? We've been trying to replicate the problem you're having, and we're not getting any errors. I suspect a compatibility issue with your graphics card. Now that you've managed to access the game on low settings, could you please try increasing them back to medium-high to see if the objects load? It's really strange.
Also, could you tell me what graphics card you have? I'd like to do a little research.
11th Gen Intel(R) Core (TM) i7 - 11800H @ 2.30GHz Nividia GeForce RTX 3060. I honestly have no idea what is happening I'm not much of a tech guy. All i can say is I play full screen 1980 x 1080 on performance setting ( or whatever the lowest setting was ) and initial load its fine but by the time i get to the town to do and meet up at the tv store everything kinda just deloaded allowing me to walk around freely to the point no mob spawns or respawn and i can see floating items and stand alone doors. Some building will be loaded and some won't be. There was a couple that also half rendered being the base of the building rendered not the top.
