The game-over animation would play out as usual but when it finished, the game would fade to a black picture and then never return to normal

Perhaps the game has stopped because it couldn't load due to no save file.
We'll fix this in the next version, but for now, please save at any convenient location.
I did save at every vending machine, yeahLike i said, just dying from combat damage did not cause the game to break, only dying in a vore scene did
