I bought the expanded edition, but on my PDF viewer, the index is all messed up. Not sure if it is a problem with my computer or what.
Other people have reported this, so it’s probably a mistake I did when I exported the PDF or Indesign really messed up. Not sure what to do but I’ll look into it
