I'm assuming version 0.9.0 is paid access? How can I access it?

Version 0.11.0 is now available to Patreon and SubscribeStar subscribers.
So.. how do I access 0.9.0? I click on that page it shows me the files but no download button, and theres another that just redirects me here (If i download it i just redowload my current version)
