Not sure what's been changed with the update, but installing this as opposed to the previous version caused a lot of incompatibility with previously existing pilots that didn't even have any AC items.
Are those other pilots using any third party LCPs? There is a chance that the other pilots are using items that have an overlapping ID with the armored core LCP items.
I won't pretend I know how to properly do that, but frankly I just turned all of my LCP's off and on again, and removed everything AC before updating and it worked out. So probably some issue on my end.
