in 2.0 version you need to complete the first sonia quest, which is finding some item under trees, then claim and activate the quest reward, go to the field near her and aim at the blue thing, when a prompt appears just press E to interact (it literally had a sound so it can’t be wrong). i guess there’s maybe simpler way to do so
