Looks similar to the core systems in FUBAR (by Vulpinoid Studios) on the surface, but I'll be taking a closer look.
Never heard of it. I'll take a look. My goal this year is to have a solid SRD established. Pulse is my first little attempt at that. Practice, practice, practice. Looking through your catalog, looks great.
