for the ppl who are asking if its 'ai' remember that artstyles get stolen to be used for ai, ai doesn't have an actual 'artstyle' it only copys and pastes other artstyles by taking from creators.
artstyles like this has been existing since forever, please ppl when i was younger i watched sped up art videos with styles like this, it looks like the old fanart anime style, so cute and lively and i love it sm if i could draw like this i would be so fricking graceful.
i dont think the creator even used ai, but thats my option that will not be change. but im hoping to change your option just a little.
