If you click the folder button in the radio panel and then close the window that appears, clicking anywhere else in the radio panel causes the window to reopen as if you presses the folder button again. I'm not sure if this is a bug but if the game is in fullscreen, the window appears behind the game and you have to alt-tab to it.
