Good foundation, but the UI is way too tedious to use. I'd suggest rethinking everything to minimize the number of clicks. You shouldn't have to click every cell to move 1 by 1, rather the game should highlight all the cells you can move to and auto-path to your destination. The cursor should auto-switch to the next heroine when you have 0 AP, things like that. Other than that, the art is hot and the concept looks interesting.
