I had this same issue for about a year or so. Delete what you downloaded and what came out of the zip file (just everything related to this game) and then look into how to get "whiskey" for macbook. once you have Whiskey installed on macbook and you can configure the "bottle", select windows 10. idk if windows 11 works, but I use windows 10 and it works fine, though the opening page's audio doesn't work. I will test out windows 11 config and get back with the results :) once youve done that, download the game again and you should see the "Whiskey" icon on the game file. if so, open it and it will run through Whiskey. Another way is open whiskey and click the button that says "open C: Drive" and select the option that says "Game.exe" in the folder.
