Wrangling 3D in Godot is a nice achievement at any step of the development process. I hope you're able to keep on with the concept after the jam. What sort of things were you thinking about doing with more time?

First of all, the map was supposed to be procedurally generated, but I had to scrap that last minute. I intended for the purple outlined item to upgrade you, so you would seek it out in the map. Some of the upgrades would have been: Size manipulation, where you could edit the size of the cube. Enemy manipulation, where you can pick up and throw enemies. Halt, which would allow you to stop the velocity of anything. There would also be an insta kill ability, allowing you to simply squash the enemies. I probably would have added more types of enemies as well.
