This is a really cool game mechanic! After a couple of runs I got used to how to play; it feels like you have to choose each move  carefully. I like that you have the option of making things difficult for yourself at the start in order to get more rewards.

The music and art were great and feels like a really polished game. The only thing I'd say is that it can be quite complicated for the first 1 or 2 runs, so maybe a slightly longer tutorial could help. (also one tiny nitpick is that the level 1 bone seems to flip about its vertical axis when switching directions, but the other tiles don't do that.)

Overall I really liked this game, it's a super original idea and executed really well.

Oh also, I found the font a little hard to read sometimes

Thanks, this is great feedback! A decent tutorial is one of the hardest things to make in a jam game, but you're right it definitely falls a little short in explaining everything. I think all tiles should flip in the direction when moving, it's just that the bone is the least symmetrical, but I probably should disable it for the non-animated item tiles regardless.

Also very right about the font, I tried to use a small font since the game is low-res, but I think I should find another one that's got 1-2 more pixels to work with.
