Hi! Up until some time ago, this stopped working for me in OBS since every time I selected Unity Video Capture it just froze OBS and it never worked.
But I managed to fix this! By downloading a newer version of UnityCapture and installing that one instead. The latest updated version is found on their GitHub.
This is such a cool niche piece of software that I wasn't going to give up on trying to make it work, and I'm glad I just did! My main Vtuber has a helmet with a mirrored visor on it so it works wonderful with this.

If you're just looking for the lighting I highly recommend using the Warudo plugin I made instead: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3342097641
It's optimized better to use the GPU without slowing down other stuff, as well Warudo is just more efficient at capturing video to work with OBS.
If you really want the reflections on the visor though I think a custom shader would work well. I considered adding the reflections thing to Warudo (maybe it already exists?) but I have never seen anyone actually use the reflections feature of VtubeReflect so I saved myself the work.
