I am checking if it is possible to change or recover the Steam key I didn’t claim when I bought the app in 2022. A year ago, I updated my email to a newer one and deleted the old one that is attached to the receipt, so when I try to claim the Steam key is asking to validate and send a verification code to the deleted email. Can the dev recover? I can send more info about my receipt

I asked to itch support 2 weeks ago and have still not reply from them.
