Ah, looks like a language issue: "Hello friend im a professor PF digital games and on my course im teaching pico" should perhaps have been "Hello friend, I'm a student of digital games and in my course the professor is teaching Pico". Otherwise, it sounds suspiciously like someone hoping to submit and take credit for someone else's work in a class, job search portfolio, etc. We've all seen it far too often!
