Gotta say, for a prologue in a pretty cliché genre, Empire of Heros left a good impression on me. I can genuinely see this game having the potential to go places.
My biggest pros were the humor and the personality between Chad and the main character they honestly gave me some good laughs. The dialogue options felt solid, and the picture-based transitions were pretty good. Lastly, I appreciate the energy the character models give off; they don’t feel like lifeless NPCs, if that makes sense.
As for cons, the dialogue does have a few minor mistakes here and there, but nothing that seriously hurt the experience I could still enjoy it without issue. It’s only the beginning, but I’m already excited to see where everything goes, especially after that cliffhanger.
