We are thinking of implementing (in the future) a proper "mood system", were her general emotions would affect the game progression (love/hate the player).

Depending on the mood, new interactions/reactions would be unlocked (also some customisation, probably...we'll see).
The mood could then be saved, so that whenever you return to the game she would remember you and greet you accordingly!

I love that! And yeah, maybe a few cosmetics would also be cute! Perhaps the best place to start is wool customization. 

I love your plans and hope to see them in the future! I'm thinking of subscribing to your Patreon too, maybe seeing if I can do my part in making this game reach its release and become a wonderful game!

Also, if I may provide some suggestions that I'd LOVE to see in the game, add some form of conversations to have with her.

SHE DOES NOT NEED A VOICE OVER! There are some wonderful graphic novels that are very good without a single voice over. 

But I would love to see her having the ability to talk to the player. And these conversations should vary based on how the player's response is and what she thinks of the player, and what time of the day it is.

For example:

If she is fond of the player and it's in the evening, she may ask how the player's day is. If the player responds upset, she will express worry and maybe try and console the player.

And if it's lunch time for the player, she may ask what the player is going to eat.

If it's in the dead of night, she might ask the player why he/she is up. 

Also, with adding these, the player should be able to have a name so she can address them correctly. Also, give her some reactions if the player uses certain names. Most obvious if the player chooses to have their name as either an insult, or literally Wooly's name.
