my idea would be it could be a random punishment
like if you get caught jerking a person might see that and deside to abuse you sexually :)
but another could be the police and depending on your worlds dynamics you could also make it so the cops could have sex with you as well
honestly i dont think forcing someone into it matches the style of gameplay its about not being seen
id argue there should be phases each girl remembers you
